			<description><![CDATA[ <p class="MsoNormal">I thought I&#39;d post some pics of my weekend at a wildlife center campout. A friend and I slept in one of the many tents that stand
within the sanctuary. At night, the animals surround the area and you can hear all kinds of hooves wandering around you! It was spectacular. The park is called
Fossil Rim in a place called Glenrose, TX. It was an experience I will not likely forget. Somebody at work have given me these tickets, which entitled just the

			<description><![CDATA[ At work we have gotten in our baby ducks and various breeds of chicks. Today came a batch, and one poor little mallard duck is acting so peculiar. The manager
suspects it may be blind, but it is running in circles, flipping over, and running dead straight into the side of the tubs they are in.

Another employee thought maybe it had gotten smoothered at some point. I just feel so bad for it. We tried to mix it&#39;s water and food, as it seems able to

			<title><![CDATA[ My raccoon saga ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ The place where I work has office space in a building with open holes along the roofline.  Of course, this made for a wonderful space for animals to nest.  Not a huge deal until a raccoon toilet up in the attic busted through the ceiling and dripped urine on my desk.  I did everything I could to educate folks on how to humanely exclude wildlife from the building, and stressed that until the roof was fixed, it would be a constant battle to keep them out.<br>

There is a pair of coots with a floating nest on the &quot;canal&quot; behind the yard. They've got a couple of youngsters - I think there were four at first but nature has taken it's course.<br>
