			<description><![CDATA[ Tulip was a tiny Daisy St kitten I picked up at the end of June.   Itsy bitsy for her age, and Daisy St kittens have a history of failure-to-thrive and
coccidia.   So I took her into the vet and found out that she had a heart arhythmia - possibly caused by nutritional status at therefore reversible,or else
congenital and probably permanent.    I took her home and fed her and loved her and she grew veeeeery slowly.  A month later she&#39;d gained a whopping 4

			<description><![CDATA[ My baby Kuma was 15 weeks and four days old when he dided. I don&#39;t know if he died in pian or not but I&#39;m hopeing with all of my heart that he just
went to sleep. I only had him for 9 weeks and 3 days but I will miss him forever. Please God let him be waiting for me right next to Penny when I get to
heaven.

			<title><![CDATA[ Rest Peacefully, Dear Leo ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ On February 14, 2008 our feline family member, Leo, passed on to the Rainbow Bridge.  Leo was 18 years old, had arthritis and cataracts and his thyroid and
kidneys were shutting down.  We went together to the vet, and he passed peacefully in my arms.

Leo came to us at the tender age of 1 month old.  He lived through at least 20 other cats coming through our doors.  Many of those moved on to their forever

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>Craig and I weren&#39;t able to adopt a dog until we had come back to Louisiana in 1999 due to the animal zoning laws in Pennsylvania. We had maxed out the
animal limit with cats and kittens, plus our yard was just too tiny for a dog there in Catasauqua.</p>

<p>The first couple of years, once we were back home, was to TNR over 250 feral kittens and cats in our immediate neighborhood. We tamed many kittens and found

			<description><![CDATA[ One of the college horses was Euthanized. It was a sad day for many of the students...some of which cried. I cannot believe they even wanted us to see a necropsy on this poor horse...it was bad enough they had to watch her be euthanized...I myself and many of the other students left because we didn't want to watch the necropsy. I thought it was sick. I thought she deserved a proper burial. Her name was Cloudy...and by gosh she had to be the most gentle horse I've ever worked with aside from... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Mia passed away in my arms at the vet's today.  She was about 8 years old, had been left at the shelter at the beginning of January, and suffered severe medical problems, of which we only understand small pieces.<br>

Cider was one of a litter of 5 kittens a volunteer trapped out in an industrial area the day after Thanksgiving, bad eye infections but otherwise ok.  I was taking care of them until we could find a foster home.  I found one on Sunday and transfered the kittens there.
